Everything changed for me when I

joined Epique Realty.

I was in no way looking to join a new brokerage. But it seems like opportunity tends to find us when we least expect it. I’ve had a unique set of experiences in the industry and in my career as a whole that seemed to have prepared me for Epique Realty. Reduced Fees

All Team Members pay only $99/month for their technology fee. PowerTeams™ also receive a 1/2 cap on Transaction Fees.

All team members pay lower caps, than individual agents, helping them to hit their goals faster.

Stock Awards & Power Award Status

All agents, including team members have the ability to hit PowerAward status which allows them to get their cap back in Company Stock.

Traditional Teams are able to work together to accomplish goals, and pool resources. The benefits of being on a Traditional Team are below:

Team Member Benefits:

  • Low $10K Company Cap for Agents

Team Leader Benefits:

  • Low $15K Company Cap

  • $149 monthly tech fee

Team members and leaders get to partake in the Equity Awards for hitting PowerAgent™ status even if they're at a reduced cap. Company Mentors are not available for PowerTeams. In some states, Teams may be required to get a DBA to use the Team name.

Team Member Family Teams are Teams made up of 2 or more Family members (unlimited Family Team Members!)

  • $15,000 Team Leader Cap (declines annually by $1,000 down to $10,000)

Agents and Influencers receive 10% of the Company Revenue on all transactions, for all of their recruits, forever. 5 Level Downline. No unlocking. No restrictions.
