This site is operated by Jing Marketing LLC. We collect information you give us through forms on this site, along with standard technical data, and we use it to respond to you and to measure and target advertising. We do not sell your information for money. We do share limited identifiers with advertising platforms, which counts as "sharing" under California law, and you can turn that off in the Your Choices section below.

This site provides recruiting and informational services for Ryan Harper and Adrienne Lazovick, real estate professionals affiliated with Epique Realty, Inc. This site is not owned or operated by, and is not the corporate website of, Epique Realty, Inc. Epique Realty maintains its own privacy practices, which this policy does not govern.
This site is intended for licensed real estate professionals aged 18 and over who are evaluating a brokerage affiliation. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Hashing means the value is converted into a scrambled string before transmission. It reduces exposure but is not the same as anonymization, because a platform holding the same email can match it.
We may upload contact lists, such as email addresses or phone numbers, to advertising platforms so that ads can be shown to those people or deliberately withheld from them. Platforms match against their own records and report only aggregate results. We upload only contacts we have a relationship with or a lawful basis to include. Opting out under Section 7 removes you from these uploads going forward.

We apply the opt-out to your contact record, so it follows you across devices rather than living in one browser, and we exclude you from any future contact list uploaded to an advertising platform.

We send SMS only to people who gave express written consent at the point we collected their number. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of receiving anything else on this site. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold, access a copy, correct it, delete it, obtain it in a portable format, opt out of targeted advertising and sale or sharing, appeal a decision, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. If you contact us from Canada, we handle your information consistently with PIPEDA and applicable provincial law. Your information may be processed in the United States, where legal protections differ from those in Canada. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax, and advertising recordkeeping obligations, generally no more than five years after your last interaction unless a longer period is required. Calculator figures tied to an inquiry are kept only as long as that inquiry is active. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be kept indefinitely.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification through this site.
This site links to pages we do not control, including Epique Realty properties, scheduling tools, and application portals. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing information.
