Adrienne Lazovick is a California licensed real estate professional, license number 01992920, and Epique Realty's Global Growth Leader. She has worked both in production and in agent recruiting, and she approves every word of copy on this site, including Ryan's.
Adrienne has not signed off on this page yet. Everything below is drawn from two sources only: public licence records, and things Adrienne says on camera in the Epique Explained walkthrough recorded 30 September 2025. Nothing here is invented, and nothing here came from her LinkedIn, which could not be read automatically.
That makes it accurate but thin. Her career before Epique, her market, her education and the reasons she affiliated are all missing, because she has not told us and we will not guess. Do not publish this page until she has written or approved the sections marked below.
Adrienne Lazovick is Epique Realty's Global Growth Leader and a California licensed real estate professional, license number 01992920. She works across agent growth and recruiting, and on this site she owns the front door: the framing on any page that has to orient someone who arrived cold.
The division of labour between the two of us is simple. Adrienne sets the frame. Ryan shows up wherever the numbers are. It is how we actually work in the webinar, handing topics back and forth, and it is why two named people appear on a recruiting site that could easily have had none.
Adrienne assumed a technology brokerage could not get the people side right. She says so directly in the walkthrough: "In my mind I always assumed that if it is a tech brokerage, there is no way they are going to get the people aspect correct." What changed her mind was direct access to the founders and to company leadership on a regular basis.
Admitting a prior and revising it in public is a habit worth more than any credential, and it is hers rather than something drafted for her. It is the same engine as Ryan's multimillion dollar mistake, just gentler.
She is also the one who says the uncomfortable thing about the industry rather than about a competitor:
Let us be honest, real estate can be a really rigorous, tiring industry, and it is okay for people to say they are looking for retirement plans. When was the last time you went to a retirement party for a real estate agent?
These are the sections a bio page should have and this one does not, because the material has to come from Adrienne rather than from us:
Her career before Epique. Where she practised, for how long, in what market, and what she did on the recruiting side. Her LinkedIn lists it; we could not read it automatically and will not paraphrase a profile we have not seen.
Why she affiliated with Epique. Ryan's reason is on his page in his own words. Hers should be too, and it should be allowed to be a different reason.
The thing that costs us a recruit. Every page on this site carries one. Ryan's is that he is a coach who got the biggest decision of his career wrong by two years. Adrienne's is hers to choose, and the page is not finished until it has one.
Adrienne's California licence, number 01992920, is searchable in the state database. Everything else attributed to her on this page is something she says on camera in a recording published in full, with a timestamped transcript, so you can hear her say it rather than read our summary of it.
Adrienne is paid when an agent affiliates with Epique through her. Her role as Global Growth Leader depends on agents joining. She approves the copy on this site and she benefits if it works.
Which is the reason for the licence links, the published transcript and the agreement above.
