This is the complete transcript of Epique Explained, a 29-minute walkthrough recorded on September 30, 2025 by Ryan Harper and Adrienne Lazovick. It is corrected, annotated, and it contradicts us in fourteen places. Every timestamp jumps to that moment in the video.
This transcript was machine-generated, then corrected by hand. Nothing anyone said was changed to make it sound better. Where the recording is wrong about a fact, the original wording stays and a correction sits underneath it in a box, because a transcript that quietly fixed our mistakes would be worth less than one that shows them.
Ryan: All right. Today I am here with Adrienne. She is probably the most connected and amazing rockstar we have over here at Epique Realty, and we are going to be jumping into the 90 plus benefits that Epique has to offer you. So hang on tight and let us get started. Are you ready, Adrienne?
Adrienne: I am ready. Let us rock and roll.
Ryan: So Epique basically started as a revolution in the real estate industry. We have some of the most advanced AI technology, and technology in general. I know we have heard other brokerages say they are a technology company before. We do it a little bit differently. We are the most advanced real estate brokerage in history. Sorry, I make up jokes. Adrienne, what have you got to say about that?
Adrienne: I would have to agree with you. I have heard that term thrown around in the past as well. What do you get at a tech brokerage besides maybe a CRM if you are lucky? But Epique Realty happens to be a brokerage that was founded by tech entrepreneurs, which is super cool. So not only do we have our own tech, built for us and advancing every day, we also have the latest and the greatest. We are the first AI certified brokerage. There is tons of tech here, so I would say Epique probably deserves the award of tech friendly, if that is what you want to call it. We are going to find out more through the slides as we go through and show you exactly what Epique is all about.
Ryan: That is right. So we really are a tech brokerage. Let us jump right in and find that out.
Adrienne: You want to talk about our why, and why this brokerage was started, because I think it is very important for anybody who is considering moving to another brokerage. So here is the gist of why Epique Realty was started. Our founders had been in the real estate industry for quite some time, and they had experienced some other big brokerages before. This is not their first rodeo.
Adrienne: But what they found, as real estate agents in some of these bigger companies, is that they asked this question: what is my broker actually doing for me? I am paying them my commission split. I am working really hard, and at the end of the day I am paying a fee, I am paying this fee, that fee. What am I getting for it?
Adrienne: They really wanted to challenge that model, the way the traditional brokerage has been run. They went out on their own to find a brokerage that would provide more to their agents. Even little things you can think of, like helping with your marketing, helping with your social media, maybe putting a sign out in front. And they could not find it.
Adrienne: So they said, we are going to do it ourselves. We are going to take this from the beginning, with one agent, two agents. We started as a small independent brokerage out of Houston, Texas, where the main goal was to provide for the agent. This is really the foundation of Epique Realty. Brokerages should be doing more to help their agents succeed. We truly believe that, and I think you will see it in just about every facet of the brokerage.
Adrienne: Where are we now? We are a national brokerage going global in just a day or two, and we have over 5,500 agents. This is just the beginning, so I am really excited to see what is next at Epique Realty. Anything else to add?
The 5,500 agent figure is as of this recording on 30 September 2025 and will be out of date. Epique is now open in all 50 states and Canada, with Mexico and Australia opening.
Ryan: I could not have said it better myself.
Adrienne: What is the point of Epique? It is to revolutionize the industry by providing our agents with unrivaled support, insane benefits and cutting edge innovations in technology, to transform and elevate their business to a new level. If you ever want to go back to your why, or the understanding of Epique, it is pretty much that one sentence right there.
Ryan: Yes. That is an amazing quote for sure.
Adrienne: Make sure to put it on all of your marketing materials. But Ryan, since you are a multi-talented person here at Epique, you are an area leader, you are now to be state leader, you are an agent coach, you are a recruiter. I think you are the best person to go over what Epique offers in terms of education, training and support. So I will hand that to you.
Ryan: Thanks. We love the education, we love the training and we love the support. Lots of different brokerages offer support and training, of course. We do it a little bit differently. We have our forever mentorship program, which is really one of my favorite things. No matter where you are or what level you are as an agent, you will always have a mentor you can bounce ideas off of and run things past, who is going to be there to support you and your business. Not just for the first three deals you are going to do, taking 30, 40, 50 percent of your commission for it, but forever. And at no other cost to you.
Ryan: That is probably one of my favorite things, and why I joined Epique. I really believe in it, and that is why I am such a proponent of the area leader program, why I volunteer for the program, and how I jumped into becoming a state leader as well.
Ryan: We have daily live training, so you can jump on Zoom and watch a different training from all over the country, from different agents, on what is working right now in their business. We have the Agent 360 business coaching hub, and Earth Orbit production coaching, where Rob Stein gets on every Monday and Thursday and does a great job coaching people up and getting them to go out and get it done. We have 365 days a year of concierge support, where you can email support and they will take care of all your questions right away.
Agent 360 has since been retired. Business planning now happens in Epique Essentials, so an agent going looking for Agent 360 today will not find it. This is the ordinary cost of a benefit list that changes faster than the recordings describing it.
Ryan: And we are the first AI certified pro company that I have seen, and the only AI certification company I have seen where the whole brokerage has access to become an AI certified pro agent. That is one of my favorite things here at Epique, where we have so many different AI tools that help us assist and grow our business.
Adrienne: I have a question for you. How much does an agent owe their mentor to be able to get all of this training and support?
Ryan: I swear I said that. It is absolutely zero. The agent is no out of pocket. The company takes care of that and pays those leaders out of the company's share.
Adrienne: You may have said it. I just want to make sure everybody else heard it.
Ryan: Yes, I say a lot of things, and I say the same thing five or six times for sure.
Adrienne: Everything is given to the agent at no additional charge. I do love the education and the support here. No lack of it, that is for sure.
Ryan: That is another one that I really love. I am still in production and always probably will be. I love selling houses. We get our transaction coordinator, and that is all included and free, so Epique takes care of that cost, which is really amazing. I usually paid five to $700 depending on whether it was a buy side or a listing side for my old transaction coordinator. Now that is all taken care of by Epique.
Ryan: And we get buyer and seller leads. It is really fun to get those Realty.com leads when they pop in and you hit accept. It is the frenzy zone, but I have won a whole bunch of them and they turn into listings. Between the Zillow Showcase, the professional photography and the free sign installs, those are all amazing transactional support that Epique includes, for the big old whopping price of zero.
Professional photography and sign installation are participating markets only, not universal. The gaps are concentrated in rural areas, and the list of active markets is not published. Ask for your market's list in writing, with a date on it.
Adrienne: I think people are always super surprised when they hear that we do not charge for leads. Not to buy them, and not even when you close a deal from them. And it is unlimited.
Ryan: It is amazing. Most of the time, as Adrienne was saying, you have to pay an extra 35 percent for a relocation lead, or 40 percent to a different company for a sponsored lead. But not here at Epique. They give them all to you and say, work them, get them closed, and they are yours.
Adrienne: No fine print here at Epique.
Adrienne: Some really great things that Epique provides in terms of marketing support. One of those is professional headshots. I am sure you have seen this before: you see a picture of a real estate agent, and you go to meet them in person and they look nothing like their headshot. It is probably because it is a little bit outdated.
Adrienne: But to be fair, professional photographers cost a lot of money. You have to block out that time, you have to look nice, you have to do your hair. So Epique says, no problem, we actually have tech for that. They are AI headshots, and you can do it just from your desk. You do not have to get dressed up. You submit a bunch of photos of yourself and we give you a gallery of different images in different outfits, and you choose whichever is best for your style. So you do not have to pay a photographer, you are always updated, and we actually make you look really good.
Adrienne: Epique will also provide social media ads for you, meant to boost your listings and advertise them when they come out. What is really great is that if you have a listing over $400,000, we will pay for those posts to go on a boost. It runs for a week, you get the stats on it, and you can track how well those ads are doing.
Adrienne: We also provide something amazing, which I do not think any other brokerage is doing. It is called an agent digital billboard. If you are ever driving down the freeway and you see those signs for cars or cologne, well, now you will see one for Anne Smith of Epique Realty. You can get a specific slot, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday between three and four, and that is when somebody can drive by and see your face up on a digital billboard.
Billboards, like photography and sign installation, are a participating markets benefit rather than a universal one.
Ryan: I get phone calls from other agents saying, hey, what are you doing? How can you afford to put up that billboard?
Adrienne: We are not going to tell them the secret. But the digital billboard is really cool, and yes, every agent can get one, and it is no cost. You just sign up for it in Epique Cloud, and you will be able to show your friends and family your billboard.
Adrienne: As I was mentioning, we also have Lofty Social Manager. It is basically going to be like your social media manager. They will help you produce content on a regular basis. Nowadays we are not only expected to be real estate agents, we are also expected to be Instagrammers and influencers, keeping up with social media, because social media is one of the biggest ways that people get business and clients. Lofty Social Manager will produce those ads for you, and it connects to the Lofty account we also provide at no additional cost.
Adrienne: And my favorite is the company Canva Pro. I am in Canva all the time. If you are not a creative person, do not worry about it. You have a company Canva that everybody else logs into, so maybe you can borrow some things from other creative people and make them your own. And again, no charge. So you can forget about all those additional costs you have been spending on marketing, because we are going to cover it for you. Did I miss anything, Ryan?
Ryan: The Canva part is one of my favorite things too, and I have never even logged into Canva. All I do is text Adrienne and say, hey, can you make me this. So that is probably the best thing we have got. We got an Adrienne that comes along with the Canva account.
Adrienne: Make friends with a creative person at the company and you are golden. Then again, it is a give and take. I ask Ryan for all the tech stuff. It is a good partnership we have.
Ryan: So the tech stack that powers our backend for our CRM and different things is Lofty, with the full enterprise AI plus version. Every single bell and whistle Lofty has to offer, we went out and got our hands on. It is not just the basic one. We have the full AI integration, so we have AI that follows up with leads, creates things, and sends you notifications and reminders.
Ryan: That is what our websites are all tied together with. We have a national MLS, so you can show houses across the whole United States on your website if you want.
Ryan: Epique AI is our broker and legal AI. Epique AI has about 20 different AIs all tied into it, but the broker AI and the legal AI are probably the most fun things for me to play with, because they are getting so good, and everything in there is approved by your state broker. You can ask a question any time, day or night, and it is going to give the same answer your broker is going to give, because it is programmed based on their responses.
Ryan: Then Epique Cloud, the digital all in one office. Everything can be done right from your mobile phone, from ordering signs to ordering pictures to getting our CDAs and collecting our money. That is one of my favorite things. It is simple to use, really user friendly, and all handled in house.
Ryan: If there is ever a problem with the app, or you think, I wish it would do this, what is really cool is that Josh Miller, our founder, gets on the Wednesday calls and addresses the whole company. You can pretty much just say, hey, what about this, and he will either say, no, that is a dumb idea, or he will put it in there for you.
Ryan: And then the Epique business card. We do not have paper cards anymore, we have the Popl card. You tap somebody's phone with it and it puts your information right in there for them, and it will also text you their information. That is one of my favorite things, because I hate carrying around a stack of business cards.
Adrienne: Something you mentioned about the founders and the Wednesday meetings is something I had never experienced before at a big and getting bigger company: the access we have to leadership and the founders. I have seen at other companies where you never speak to the CEO or the CFO. At our company you are literally able to speak to them on a regular basis, and they actually encourage it. Reach out to me, ask me any questions, tag me on Facebook. I really love that.
Adrienne: So in my mind, I always assumed that if it is a tech brokerage, there is no way they are going to get the people aspect correct. And I find that they actually have a really good balance of being able to be high tech but also high contact and supportive. That is something that just blew my mind at Epique, and I think other people will see that as well, as a huge difference from where they might currently be.
Adrienne: Or maybe it is just my assumption that tech people are not people people.
Adrienne: I want to touch on Epique lifestyle support, because this is something I think is groundbreaking in the industry. Not only do we offer 90 plus benefits, but when you get into this area, specific to lifestyle, you are actually starting to care about the agent and their entire life.
Adrienne: Because let us be honest. No agent works nine to five, and they have families, kids, pets, grandparents that are part of their daily life. And Epique says, we are here for you, we hear you, we see you, and this is what we are providing for you.
Adrienne: One of those things is agent healthcare. It is virtual Teladoc healthcare, which I am obsessed with, because it is so easy to use and it has saved me some trips and some money at the doctor. With this Teladoc app you get access to a primary care physician if needed, access to urgent care if needed, and access to mental health care, which I think even my general insurance does not cover for free. And free prescriptions, over a thousand prescriptions covered through this health benefit. Just have them mailed to you and you never have to worry about it again. What brokerage offers that?
This is the most important correction on the page. The Epique health benefit is not major medical insurance. It does not cover hospitalization, surgery or specialists. Treat it as a reduction in some routine costs and keep your existing coverage. Anyone who models it as a replacement for a premium is doing arithmetic you should not accept.
Adrienne: We also offer a bundled package for vision and dental. For about $25 a month you get a high level of care for vision and dental, and you can add dependents to all of these options, so your family members are covered as well.
Adrienne: And this one I believe is our most utilized benefit, or at least it was several months ago at Epique Realty, which is AirVet. I talk about AirVet all the time, because if you have a pet, and I think most people on the Zooms we do have pets, whether that is multiple dogs, chickens, birds or cats, AirVet is kind of like the virtual Teladoc, but for your animal. This could be for anything. If Fluffy has an ear infection, if you need flea and tick meds for your cat, all you have to do is hop on and you get access to a vet who is part of the program. They will write prescriptions, do an analysis, whatever it may be.
Adrienne: I have heard stories where it saves hundreds of dollars from having to bring your dog into the emergency room. And again, this is free of charge.
Adrienne: One really cool benefit, and it is one of our bonus benefits, so it depends on where you live, is the car washes. We partnered with national car wash companies and you can bring your car in once a day, as much as you would like. Keep that car clean, give a good impression to your clients.
Adrienne says on the recording that around 90 percent of agents get all of the benefits. We do not publish a coverage percentage on this site, because we have not seen a published methodology behind one, and we refuse other unmethodologied figures elsewhere on these pages. What we will say is that the large majority of markets are covered and the gaps are concentrated in rural areas. Ask for your market's list in writing.
Ryan: They definitely let you go two or three times a day. It is great. I will go tour up in the mountains, and I will go out and get my car wash in the morning, and then think, oh shoot, I have to run to a showing and get all muddy again, and take my truck back down and get it washed again. They let you go as many times as you want. Unlimited car washes. That one and AirVet are probably the two benefits I use the absolute most.
Adrienne: There are so many benefits that people just need to look into a little bit more, and then they will see how useful they are, and they will start using a good percentage of them.
Ryan: This is probably why I jumped over to Epique as fast as I did, and as soon as Colorado opened. I joined another brokerage a few years ago, and I joined it about two years after I heard about it, and that was probably a multimillion dollar mistake on my part. So when I heard Epique come around with the company stock and the Power Awards and the rev share, I was all over it from day one. As soon as Colorado opened I was on the front line and one of their leaders.
Ryan: So the Power Award we get here at Epique: basically if you do your 25 deals or $10 million in sales, which is pretty simple to do, at least where I live, you get that bonus Power Agent award, which is $15,000 in stock. Your frontline revenue share, on people you recruit over, goes from 10 percent to 20 percent.
Three corrections here, and they are the reason this transcript exists. First, the independent contractor agreement sets the Power Award threshold at 24 transactions, not 25. Second, the award is 3,000 shares, and the agreement caps it at up to 3,000 shares or up to $30,000, whichever is less, scaled to the agent's cap. It is not $15,000, and we do not publish a dollar value for the shares at all, because any valuation is the company's own mark rather than a price anyone paid. Third, and most importantly, the Power Award is not automatic at the benchmark. The agreement says an agent cannot apply and does not qualify automatically without being invited by an executive member, and must then request a review and audit. It also has to be re-earned every cap anniversary year. Read the agreement at ica.epiquerealty.com.
Adrienne: You get your fees reduced.
Ryan: You get your fees reduced, that is right. I do not have to pay fees because I am an area leader, and that is another good bonus. If you are in leadership and part of the leadership team, they give you a discount there for helping agents. But your monthly fee drops from $150 to $99 a month.
The solo agent technology fee is $149 a month, not $150. It drops to $99 with the Power Award, which is also the team member rate. Ryan does not pay the monthly technology fee at all, because area leaders do not, and he says so above.
Ryan: And then the company stock. Like I said, that was a multimillion dollar mistake I was not making again. We are pre-IPO now, so we are waiting to go public. I keep telling them to push it off another year and let me buy some more stock. Right now it is at 53 cents a share, and we can buy stock at a 20 percent discount and use up to 10 percent of our commissions to do it. So we can buy stock for 41 or 42 cents somewhere around there per share, and I have just been stockpiling and buying as much as I possibly can every chance I get.
A share price stated on a recording from September 2025 is not a current price, and nothing here is investment advice or an offer of securities. This site does not put a dollar value on Epique stock, and our due diligence page says that anyone presenting stock awards as part of your effective income is doing math you should not accept. That includes us. Epique is a private company that does not publish financials, so the shares may be worth nothing.
Ryan: You get stock for recruiting agents, you get stock for doing deals, you get stock for joining. And then our rev share. Basically if you help grow the company we are going to reward you for that and pay you. If you bring somebody over, and they bring somebody over, and they bring somebody over, you get 10 percent at all levels every time. You do not have to have any special qualifications on your front line, or so many qualifying agents, or whatever other companies call them. It is just a simple 10 percent for anybody who comes over where you were part of that sponsorship.
Two things this leaves out. Revenue share is calculated on the cap side, which means it comes out of company dollar. When an agent in your downline caps, your share from that agent is zero for the rest of their anniversary year, and recruiting an agent who does not close earns nothing at all. And revenue share ends when affiliation ends. The agreement provides 36 month vesting, but joining a competing organization forfeits everything, vested and not, so for most people leaving means total forfeiture. Our revenue share page walks through all three conditions.
Adrienne: It definitely felt like a game. Epique is obviously not the first company to introduce revenue share, but I do think they are the first company to do it right. Working both in production and on the agent recruiting side, I would always see people putting in so much money and so much effort to keep their front line filled.
Adrienne: At other companies that became the whole basis of the company. Nobody is forcing you to do any recruitment at Epique, but the message is that you get rewarded for spreading information when someone joins underneath you. And that passive income can multiply very quickly. I saw it happening from the first two months of joining Epique.
Adrienne: And on the topic of income and retirement, Ryan, I think you can relate to this. We have spoken to so many people, and let us be honest, real estate can be a really rigorous, tiring industry, and it is okay for some people to say that they are looking for retirement plans. The joke around Epique has been, when was the last time you went to a retirement party for a real estate agent? So let us start having honest conversations about how we need this in our industry.
Adrienne: And Epique definitely does not have any shortage of leadership opportunities. I know there are a lot of people out there who feel they are qualified and want to do more and earn more. With every state that opens, we have area leaders in every state, we have state leaders, we have the state broker. So if you are interested, I would definitely advise you to raise your hand and reach out, because we probably need you as well.
Adrienne: I will jump right into what people want to know: the commission splits. It is really this easy, and I promise you there are no extra hoops or fees that we are hiding anywhere. If you were to join Epique as a solo agent, everybody gets the same treatment and the same plan.
Adrienne: It is an 85/15 split that caps at $15,000. And I am going to explain what a cap is, because my mind was blown when I found out that some agents do not have one, or do not really know what it is. What it means is that once you have paid $15,000 of your split to Epique Realty, you go to 100 percent commission for the rest of the year. Because there has got to be a cutoff. You have done enough, now you go to 100 percent. So it is a $15,000 cap, and the cap actually declines every year, which we will go over after.
Adrienne: You will also pay a 0.1 percent transaction fee on every transaction, but it does cap at $500, and I know there are probably questions about that, especially in areas with very high price tags on the homes. So you will never pay more than $500 per transaction. Once you have paid in $5,000 as well, it goes down to a flat fee of $250 for the rest of the year.
Adrienne: We only have a recurring tech fee, so it is going to be either $99 a month or $149 a month. It just depends on whether you are on a team or not. If you are a solo agent you are going to be paying the $149 a month for the tech fee. When you join and fill out the application, which we will show you how to do, it is a $99 join fee plus your first month.
Adrienne: And we have probably the most team options of any brokerage out there. If you are curious about what those team options look like, you can reach out to either Ryan or myself. Those vary from traditional teams, power teams, family teams and so forth.
Team caps are $10,000 for a traditional team and $5,000 for a Power Team, and a Power Team also carries a $250 transaction fee ceiling from day one. Power Team is an earned collective designation, $40 million in volume or 140 transactions in an anniversary year, not a structure an agent simply selects. On fees alone a team costs a member more than going solo, and our teams page shows that arithmetic in both directions.
Adrienne: And again, no franchise fees at Epique. No annual fees, no desk fees, and we cover the E&O. That is pretty much it for the solo agent.
Ryan: So the declining cap Adrienne was talking about, I have never seen any other brokerage do this. The first year your cap is $15,000. Most people hit that right around three and a half million, depending on the commissions you charge. Sorry, I run around in circles a lot, don't I?
Ryan: But you get those declining caps. So as soon as you do that three and a half million dollars in production, you are going to go to 100 percent. From there on out, for the rest of the year, you do not have to pay Epique any more on your cap. And then it goes down every single year by a thousand dollars, so the second year it is $14,000, then $13,000, $12,000, $11,000.
The cap declines $1,000 a year to a $10,000 floor, reached in year six, and it stops there. Ryan then says that at $2 million in sales you stop paying Epique. At a 3 percent commission that is about $60,000 of gross commission, which produces roughly $9,000 of company dollar, short of even the $10,000 floor. Treat the production figures in this section as rough talk-track rather than arithmetic, and run your own numbers on the calculator.
Ryan: It is definitely something that, like I said, I have seen go the other way, where you are paying 50 percent always and there is never a cap.
Adrienne: I would definitely take a declining cap over a gift card any day.
Ryan: Or those little pieces of glass they give you that say thanks for your production.
A named national franchise brand and a follow-on joke at its expense have been replaced here. We do not name competitors on this site, and we compare business models rather than brands.
Adrienne: We also offer some additional benefits, and these are ones that are either available in certain situations or just got launched. One of them we got recently was roadside assistance. It makes total sense in the industry. How often are we using our cars, showing homes back and forth? So you do not need to have your own roadside membership anymore, you just use Epique's.
Adrienne: And in addition to the agent billboard, we now offer agent listing billboards. Are you going to sell your house off of a billboard? Actually, you might. But what it will help you do is show the marketing Epique offers and how we separate ourselves from the pack. Imagine on a listing appointment getting to tell your client that you are going to put their home on a billboard on the freeway.
Adrienne: Epique stands by their word on what they provide for us, and there is always more to come. We are always adding new benefits and that is what keeps us excited about the future.
Adrienne: You are going to see this page here, the just added page, and we have a lot of these. These vary from things related to tech, related to your transactions, and then some related to lifestyle, like free tutoring, free childcare, free pet sitting and free elder care.
Adrienne: And then Ryan, some of these are more related to transactions, like Redo and Elevate, and I think there were a couple you said were your favorites.
Neither is explained on the recording. Redo helps a seller get a home ready to list, and Elevate helps a buyer purchase before selling their current home. Both are programs you offer a client rather than agent perks, so learn how they actually work before you present one on a listing appointment.
Ryan: That Epique Creator app. It makes it so super simple. It has got all your listing presentations in there, it has got a buyer presentation in there, and it connects to the MLS, so it creates all those social media pictures and everything automatically for you, with every one of your listings and every one of your closings. It will create the postcards, it sends things out everywhere. It is absolutely phenomenal, and it is one of the pieces of software that Josh and the team created just for us. That is a proprietary piece of software. No other company has that, and I have not seen that technology anywhere else that works that smoothly.
Ryan: And then of course we have Epique Estates, our luxury division. We have the CORE, which is probably going to be changed to something else, for our commercial real estate division. And then we have Epique en Español. We have a really amazing time here at Epique coming up with new things to deliver to agents. It is one of my favorite reasons why I joined. It is so fast.
Adrienne: And look, even Epique Connect, where they turn on your client's utilities for them. Who else would even think about that? There are so many more benefits, so if you are ever looking for more information on any one of them specifically, you can always reach out. We are always here to answer any of your questions.
Adrienne: Really, the point of this presentation is that I think we have the most benefits of any brokerage out there. It is not a gimmick, and there is no what is the catch.
Adrienne: There are a couple of things. Our founders are amazing negotiators, and this brokerage was done this way from day one. It is not something we decided to add in to get us more attention. It is something that was done with the agent in mind. So we actually have a surplus of funds to go around for more benefits.
Adrienne: If you see any of these benefits and think they could help your business, and they are something you are already paying for, definitely look into what we are offering, because I think it might be able to change your business. Anything else, Ryan?
Ryan: The average agent, when they make that switch, if they are doing 10 or 12 deals a year, they are going to save almost $29,000, I think, and I think it has even gone up to 30 something thousand, based on all the different benefits we have to offer. From the photos, to the signs, to the Zillow Showcase, to all of the different things we have to offer. That average agent is going to be able to put about $30,000 to $40,000 back into their pocket at the end of every year.
We do not use this figure, and we do not use the $90,000 figure that appears in Epique marketing either. Neither has a published methodology, which means nobody quoting one can tell you what it assumes. The honest version is to total your own spending on transaction coordination, E&O, CRM, routine healthcare and lead generation last year. That number is smaller, duller, and actually yours. The calculator on this site does exactly that, and it will tell you to stay where you are if that is what your numbers say.
Adrienne: One thing I wanted to point out is that we have had a lot of independent brokerages move over to Epique just because they see the value. It is not easy to keep up with the demand of any kind of traditional brick and mortar, and it is okay to say we need something better for our agents. And we are finding that the production and success of these independent brokerages has skyrocketed since they moved over to Epique.
That is an outcome claim about other brokerages with no published data behind it. Treat it as Adrienne's impression from her own recruiting work, which is how she means it, rather than as a measured result.
Ryan: That is one of the things I love about Epique. It does not have to be all about Epique, it does not have to be the Epique show. We let you come over as a brokerage and be the hero to your agents by offering them all our benefits. A lot of brokers are jumping onto that and it has been really exciting to be a part of.
Ryan: So go ahead and schedule a call with me. We would love to jump on a Zoom with you, answer any questions, and do a deep dive into how Epique Realty can be right for you.
Adrienne: We appreciate your time, and as Ryan said, we are here for you for any of your questions. So don't be a stranger.
If you read one part of this page, read the orange boxes. They are the places where a recording made to attract agents said something the agreement does not support, and they are the reason we published the transcript rather than just the video.
The agreement itself is public. Read it before you believe any recruiter's summary of it, ours included.
